Observe Mr. Eli Cohen’s body language while Rabbi Mendy Hershkop, a coordinator of Crown Heights Shomrim speaks.
“Body language is a type of a nonverbal communication in which physical behaviors, as opposed to words, are used to express or convey the information. Such behavior includes facial expressions, body posture, gestures, eye movement, touch and the use of space.”
Wow!!! Speaks volume.
Eli Cohen is currently the executive director of the Crown Heights Jewish community council Inc. (CHJCC).
UPDATED: A reader pointed this out. Take notice how Eli Cohen scares the living daylights out of Batia Brandel (Director of CHJCC Crime Victims Program). Eli Cohen terrifies her, she get so nervous and tense as a result of Eli Cohen’s demands. This a employee’s abuse and should be investigated. Shame that Eli Cohen stole this beautiful event from her. Sick!
This past Motzei Shabbos, a Melava Malka was held for the Crown Heights community. It was a glamorous event with beautiful speeches by Rabbi Simon Jacobson and Rabbi Efune.
Sadly for me though, it was a major letdown, as that was not what the Melava Malka was publicized as, and definitely not why I attended.
What does the Mosser and Ganev Yaakov Spritzer have to do with the Crown Heights Kashrus/CHK/Beis Din? What part did Spritzer have in the fake peace between two hate mongering entities? What peace can come via a group of bad evil people?
He [Hillel] also saw a skull floating upon the water. Said he to it: Because you drowned others, you were drowned; and those who drowned you, will themselves be drowned. (Ethics of the Fathers 2:6)
אף הוא ראה גולגלת אחת שצפה על פני המים. אמר לה: על דאטפת, אטפוך. וסוף מטיפיך יטופון
The Crown Heights Community Council Inc. is so irreverent to our day to day lives that it took me a week to make time (wasted time) to address this issue.
Besides, after reading and hearing what the people have to say about this, there isn’t much to add.
Stanley Brezenoff, a career public servant in New York City since the 1970s, was deeply frustrated.
On Jan. 31, Mayor Bill de Blasio and Ben Carson, the secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, struck a deal that subjected the New York City Housing Authority to federal oversight without any commitment of new federal funding.
“I think that it is not a good agreement for Nycha and for the city,” Mr. Brezenoff, the outgoing Nycha chairman, said in an interview.
Time and time again we see see articles with the following statement, “Local leaders met with so and so to discuss so and so” etc… Who are these leaders? What exactly are they leading? Where exactly are they leading whomever they pretend to be leading? What have they actually done to demonstrate leadership?
Why are self appointed “leaders”, who lead nothing, making decisions that effect our neighborhood?
Podoh BeSholom: Congratulations, Mazal Tov, to Sholom Mordechai Rubashkin and his family. This is long overdue, may we keep hearing only good news. Thank you President Trump!
Hundreds of thousands of Jews from various backgrounds are celebrating this joyous occasion, however there is a group of people who have no right or reason to celebrate this Didan Notzach or any for that fact. This group is unfortunately a group of Jews who participated/orchestrated a vicious blood libel/Mesira against six INNOCENT Jews.
Ten years in the making, 749 finally to be cleaned up.
This will be the eighth year anniversary since the great Mishichist Mesira/blood libel which emanated from 749 Eastern Pkway against Shomrim of Crown Heights. You can read more about that HERE.
A Lubavitcher has initiated a federal lawsuit against Eshel Hachnosas Orchim and its owner R’ Menachem Mendel Hendel over what he claims is a for-profit hotel being illegally operated out of building in Crown Heights. DNAinfo has profiled the lawsuit in an article describing bother parties as “Mishechistim”, and that the social services organization was meant to provide shelter for the needy, but instead charges Manhattan prices for its rooms.
CROWN HEIGHTS — A Brooklyn Orthodox Jewish charity whose mission is to help the needy has been operating an illegal hotel charging Manhattan prices, officials said.
The Chabad Lubavitch Hospitality Center at 272 Kingston Ave. — which was set up to provide “free meals and cash assistance to the needy and a religious publication” — was issued multiple violations for “illegal transient use” on July 21 by the Mayor’s Office of Special Enforcement, a spokesman said.
The only and only real crises the Jews of Crown Heights suffer from is not the manufactured “racial tension”, which is another scam that brings money to the Corrupt of Crown Heights, our real and only crises is the HOUSING CRISES. Unfortunately this crises (like every other bad thing) was created by so called fellow Jews. It is time to expose this to the public.
How is it that all those who served in the Crown Heights Jewish Community Council ended up owning buildings by the time they left office? Who occupies these buildings today? (Hint, not fellow Jews).
It is time for ‘Project Landlord Shaming’. CHLEAKS will expose those from our community (self proclaimed “Lubavitchers”) and others that come from other Chassidic and non Chassidic communities and build for everybody else, expect for Jews.
If you have any information to share regarding this matter (big or small), please do so: Chleaks@gmail.com
Moshe Halperin (c.) leaves court after he was arraigned at Brooklyn Supreme Court on Wednesday. Photo By: Byron Smith/for New York Daily News
A Hasidic man was indicted on hate crime charges for spray-painting over a religious figure, the Daily News has learned.
Two decades after Rabbi Menachem Schneerson died, the Hasidic community remains divided between those who believe he’s still alive and those who believe he’s dead, sources said.
Moshe Halperin believes Schneerson is the messiah and still lives, sources said.
Chumash with Rashi for Shemot:
Chapter 2:
11. Now it came to pass in those days that Moses grew up and went out to his brothers and looked at their burdens, and he saw an Egyptian man striking a Hebrew man of his brothers.
12. He turned this way and that way, and he saw that there was no man; so he struck the Egyptian and hid him in the sand.
The very next day…
13. He went out on the second day, and behold, two Hebrew men were quarreling, and he said to the wicked one, “Why are you going to strike your friend?”
[CHI] Recently, after admitting that they finally “lost complete control” over the 749 Eastern Parkway dormitory, the United Lubavitcher Yeshiva administration decided to pay off the electric bill and close the account with Con-Edison. A few weeks later, the electrical service was physically disconnected, and the power was off for nearly a week – until Sunday night.
Con-Ed workers arrived at 749 Eastern Parkway on December 14th to remove the meters, only to be refused entry into the building. Instead, workers opened up the manhole in front of the building and cut the main cables.
[CHI] Mispallelim who arrived in 770 this morning to Daven Shachris were shocked at the sight that met their eyes – over a dozen bochurim sleeping on the floor of the main Shul of 770, in protest of the Hanhalah of 770’s refusal to restore electricity to the 749 Eastern Parkway dormitory.
After months of not paying the electric bill, Con Edison finally shut off all electricity to 749 Eastern Parkway. 749 is known to the Crown Heights community as a hub for Meshichist Terrorist.
The students occupying 749 currently have a generator operating in the basement for the illegal Mikvah.
Word is that the students will attempt to connect the electricity cables by themselves. This won’t be so far fetched. If you are a witness to this, please Call 911 or 1-800-75-CONED (1-800-752-6633). Attempting to reconnect the cables by themselves is a danger to them and will most probably mess things up for the entire area.
This is only a start. See bottom of this post for more violations taking place at 749.
A cross-dresser known for his guest appearances on “The Howard Stern Show” was beaten up in a hate crime, police sources said Sunday.
Elliot Offen, known to Stern fans as “Elegant Elliot,” was outside a Brooklyn synagogue on Eastern Parkway at around 11 p.m. Saturday when a young Hasidic man began chasing him, the sources said.
“You homo, I’m going to cut off your schmeckle!” Nehoray Shabbot, 20, allegedly shouted, using a Yiddish profanity for penis, according to police sources.
December 10, 2015 16:10, Meshichist terrorist Moshe Halperin was arrested for the second time in less than a month for vandalizing the Kehot display case which is located next to the Rebbe zt”l room in 770 Eastern parkway.
He was charged with criminal Mischief-3 and 4 and a hate Crime
Halperin was released on a $7,500 bail, which was paid by Moshe Rubashkin.
Shame of Moshe Rubashkin for bailing out a terrorist!
19-year-old Nechemia Kirshenzaft [aka Nenemia Kirsnefapt], an Israeli man, was taken into custody Tuesday evening on Kingston Avenue and Union Street and was charged with felony burglary, larceny, trespassing and other charges in connection with his alleged involvement with the robberies of a fellow Kvutzeh student.
Hate is something that feeds on you and eats you up from the inside out, hate survives but the one carrying it never does. They will be “gone and forgotten”.
Peace Through Strength.
Since the dawn of the atomic age, we’ve sought to reduce the risk of war by maintaining a strong deterrent and by seeking genuine arms control. Deterrence means simply this: Making sure any adversary who thinks about attacking the United States or our allies or our vital interests concludes that the risks to him outweigh any potential gains. Once he understands that, he won’t attack. We maintain the peace through our strength. Weakness only invites aggression. This strategy of deterrence has not changed. It still works. (REAGAN 1983)
